Different languages for the Forum

Came from here: 2008-02-12 coppermine webpage down

We (the users) are really grateful to you for the work, but ...
Please restore at least a forum's Russian language.
Russian users can not use the forum as most of the forum's management is missing for them.
Even the "Search" button is missed.
Please, upload Russian language to the forum!

If I go to:
http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?action=profile;sa=account
I can still select "Preferred Language:" - Russian or English.

Maybe then we have to remove "Russian" language Record from the forum's setup?

Went to config, unchecked "Enable user-selectable language support"
