GD doesn't work

My server admin just installed GD Version: bundled (2.0.15 compatible)
But if I trie to upload pictures, it can't convert them into thumbnails.

Error message:
PHP running on your server does not support the GD image library, check with your webhost if ImageMagick is installed

Check phpinfo to make sure your admin compiled GD with the JPEG library.

Improper GD install.

Tell them to recompile with the JPEG library as described on www.php.net.

You will see JPEG support -> enabled when it is installed.
