Customizing 'Last comments' page

I want to edit how my thumbs and comments are displayed on 'Last comments' page. What file do I edit?

depends on what you want to change: if it's the overall look, you should look into themes/yourtheme folder and play with the color definitions in style.css.
If you want to change the contents, you'll have to look into index.php and inlcude/functions.inc.php (but be sure you know what you're doing, you can mess up a lot in there).
