Kann man die Speichplatzbeschränkung auf die User - Kategorie festlegen

Wenn ein User Fotos hochlädt, so geht ja jedes Bild zu Lasten seines Speichkontos.
Ich möchte dies aber nur beschränken für seine Alben in der User-Kategorie.
Wenn jemand Fotos in ein von mir als admin erstelltes Album hinzufügt, so soll dies nicht sein Speicherkonto belasten.
