Cookie gelöscht

Habe ausversehen das Cookie gelöscht und nun komme ich nicht mehr in den Adminbereich.
Wie löse ich das Problem? Und außerdem habe ich den Namen des Cookies unter Einstellungen von CPG143 auf CPG144 geändert.
Meine Fehlermeldung lautet: Achtung: Dein Browser akzeptiert nicht die Cookies dieses Skripts
