Erro install coppermine MySQL

Could not create a mySQL connection, please check the SQL values entered

MySQL error was : Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

Help, please!!

Did you leave 'localhost' as the server? I had the exact same problem and I tried putting my mysql server in there instead and it worked fine. Its worth a try

You have to supply the mySQL-info of your webspace in the form fields of the installer-script. Contact your webhost to get that information.
