Coppermine as a base for community portfolios?
« on: November 09, 2004, 11:00:27 pm »

I'm thinking about hosting a gallery site for my school's art department, so that kids can share their work and build an online portfolio. I don't want to use Gallery, because it's (in my opinion) feature-bloated, and Coppermine is the second name that comes to mind. I'm just wondering if there's a reasonable way to use Coppermine to have a list of usernames, and nice galleries for each user.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tom

Yes, you can set it up so each child will have his/her own gallery.

Is there any way to output a list of names, each of which link to their gallery? (if not, I can probably write the php, but if there's a mod or something, I rather not waste the time)
