upgrading from 1.1.0
« on: October 04, 2004, 01:53:37 am »

Okay, I am still running version 1.1.0 on one of my sites, and I don't know how to upgrade/back up without having to reupload everything all over again. Can anyone help?

Why don't you want to upgrade to 1.3.2?

That's the thing, I do want to upgrade. But I don't know how to backup the databases beforehand so I don't have to re-upload 2000 pics again, nor do I know how to uprgade without completely reinstalling cpg.

To back-up your database, go to the database, then click on 'export'.

Select all the tables you want to back-up, click the 'save as file' box, and click 'go'.

Save it to your hard drive, and that's it.
