Hello!
I hope everyone is okay?
I have looked through the forums but was unable to find my answer, apologies if I missed it!
I would like users to have the ability to upload images, but be prevented from removing them afterwards. Is this a possibility in coppermine 1.5?
I seem to remember something existing some years ago, but I may be mistaken!
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! Much love <3

Barely :(
Getting help with custom modifications may be difficult to achieve.

Oh really?
This looks so good too! Do you think there is an alternative that would allow me to do what I want it to do?

There aren't many other open-source photo galleries out there. Piwigo comes to mind.
What you're looking for can be accomplished by a slight modification to a core file. The problem there is losing it when updating the gallery software.
Option 2 is to use a custom theme with code to prevent the edit/delete buttons being displayed. That should persist.
Let me know which way you want to go and I'll help you.
I recommend that you use CPG 1.6.x
