Title: Rearrange categories like albums

I am asking that when rearranging categories, they be rearranged exactly like the albums' way. I hate clicking constantly to get a specific category in a specific place. And I have a lot of categories.

Additionally, I don't see how it makes sense to have two different methods for the exact same results: rearranging.
