Title: Featured files

Administrators should have the ability to "feature" certain files to give them more exposure. Featured files could have their own section on the front page, similar to random files and last additions, and a way for users to browse for just featured items.

One possible alternative today is to create a 'Featured' album (in existing or new category) that uses the Keyword 'featured'...
The add the same keyword to whatever file(s) you want to feature - and they will be available in their current album as well as the 'Featured' album.
The keyword feature is designed to allow a photo/file to appear in multiple albums - while only existing once.
