Title: Registered users more access.

I want to register an user. BUT, I want that this person is 'registered', have access to all albums, but does NOT have all the admin rights. I want that this person can upload all photos to the right albums. And can open new albums in set categories. But can not open new categories.

Is it possible, cuz I can't find anything in my admin section... Is it possible?

In the category manager you can set, which user groups are allowed to create new albums in public categories.
In the user manager you can set, which groups are allowed to upload pictures to public albums. Additionally, you need to enable public uploads in the album permissions for each album.
