Title: I really need help finding a host

I want to open a new website and I don't know a really good shared host.
The only really good host I know is ICDSoft but they don't offer a per month subscription.
I want a per month subsription so I can give up at my website when I want if the website was a bad ideea (has little traffic).

I need someone to tell me a really good shared host other then ICDSoft.

Saw the post and the pm...
If others know a company, please suggest. I honestly haven't found one better (or I'd be working with them!).

Anything I have found with a strictly monthly charge has had some serious limitation or lack of functionality.. Poor control panel, file number limits (inodes) even if offering 'unlimited' disk space, required ads, extreme resource limitations, poor support, etc...

For full disclosure - I am a reseller for ICDSoft, and offer pricing lower than their direct pricing for CPG users... See greggallery.gmcdesign.com (http://greggallery.gmcdesign.com) for details.... Renewals/multiple sites save more.. Prices for US based hosting. Other locations available.
I do this to give back to the CPG community...

ICDSoft recently extended their 'money back' offer to 100 days - which I match.. Beyond that, I can change an account to a new hosting domain if you drop a site, and want a new site instead. (do need to register new domain name of course which you can do yourself or thru me...)

That's exactly my problem. Most of them are such a scam.

Not quite a shared host but the people that provide us with hosting for this very site foc do monthly hosting through their bigv cloud service.  https://www.bigv.io
