This plugin has been created as a user needed an easy way to use a different version of jQuery than that one which is bundled with cpg1.5.x (thread (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,76858.0.html)).
The plugin has no configuration interface. Instead, you need to edit codebase.php manually to your needs. There you'll also find information how to use the plugin.
