Almost! This plugin changes keyword all photos from the album. I wanted to add tags new on photos when adding more photos in the album  that already has photos.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Maybe you can use IPTC data to import data automatically: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/configuration.htm#admin_picture_thumb_advanced_iptc
Of course you'd need to add that data before you upload new pictures. But I assume there are tools that can add the same tag(s) to several files at once.
