go to this page:
http://www.cuteupload.com/cuteupload_products/version/english_free

add it into shopping cart, then checkout, after you've done, you will get an email, there is a license key in it, paste this license key in CuteUpload plugin settings, it should be working.
BTW, license key is based on your domain name, so you must input correct domain name in checkout step, no "http://" prefix needed, but should include "www" if you have, good luck.

You might want to change the format of your install guide - not everyone uses Windows and/or Microsoft Word.  It also appears that the images are linked to your site.  It's customary to include the images in the document instead of linking to them.  Offline users can't read the document.

It's an ActiveX control, so it is basically designed to work with IE only - maybe you should have explicitely posted this, although it's quite obvious for most. Not sure if this works on IE for Mac.
Of course kegobeer is right - you should change your install guide to be available online (as an html page) or come as PDF; those are the standards on the web.

When will there be a firefox version available?  and where do I enter the key that was mailed to me?  Just testing it, nor sure about it.  Large shoes to fill compares to the Jupload utility from etienne_sf..

I seem to have a problem when adding like 10 pictures or so.  It will come up with a pop up error with 'Unknown error occured - (0)'

Anyone know what this is about?

Ask cuteupload. This thread appears to be abandoned by the thread starter, so there is not support for this plugin here. cuteupload is of course wlecome to prove me wrong.
