Hello,

I am currently running 1.4x, looking to upgrade to 1.5x in the near future. . .
I would like to implement the following patch / hack

would this still work in 1.5x, or is their a better way now - the original post is from 2005 . . .

I don't know if it still works nor I'm aware of a 'better' way, but you might want to have a look at that thread.

I think this will do what I want with considerably less editing than the version I found.
Plus it is a hack/mod for the current version :)
