News: Maintenance release cpg1.4.25 - upgrade recommended
The Coppermine development team is releasing an update for Coppermine in order to fix an issue with http uploads that could occur in particular versions of PHP.The fix is not security-critical, so if your gallery is running fine with cpg1.4.23 or cpg1.4.24 you don't need to upgrade. If you are running an older version than cpg1.4.23, you must update to this latest version as soon as possible because of the security impact (the past few maintenance releases before cpg1.4.24 all were security-related).

 Huh Huh Huh

I used 3.5.2 and have just moved to JUpload release 3.6.2 but I still have the same warning everytime I upload pictures. However, the first picture was always uploaded sucessfully. Dunno why.

So, what should I do? Thanks.

Hi,

It occurs for me, when I have my anti-virus controling the Internet traffic. I use GData. I fighted a little against this one, but I didn't find the solution. The white list functionnality doesn't work.

What antivirus do you use ?

I am using McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.7.0i. So do you mean I must switch off the virus scan software to perform this function? Or can I do anything else? Actually there is no exit function for McAfee so it's a bit harder to disable it temporarily. So please help. Thanks.

Hi,

At least for a test, and confirm that it is responsible of the trouble, you shoult temporary invalidate it.

If upload then work, we'll have to find how to avoid its scanning of Internet access. There may be a white list of trusted site, which won't be filtered.

I also have viruscan, but I had to invalidate it, because I had very big problems with it.

Ok, noted.

A solution is already built, I have to create the release.

I have some checks to do. Could be today...
