Plug in SEF urls: how to rewrite urls with name category and album

I have installed plug in SEF Urls but I see the urls like this http://www.francoeandrea.com/cpg14x/index-8.html.
Is possible to have in the urls the CATEGORY name and ALBUM name?

I don't like your attitude. What will keep you from removing the tag again once we helped you? Nothing. The sef_urls plugin goes unsupported as well and has been dropped for good reasons.
