I have an old coppermine version and I would like to upgrade it to modpack so that all files and information will be moved... But how do I do that? I searched a lot on Google and around the forum but I couldn't find anything. ???

Fortunately, there is a whole section of the docs dedicated to upgrading. Try it and if you get stuck, first use the search facility and if that fails come back for help.
