cpg1.5.30 maintenance release - upgrade recommended
The Coppermine development team is releasing an update for Coppermine in order to fix several minor issues. All fixes are not security critical, so if your gallery is running fine with cpg1.5.28 you don't need to upgrade. If you are running an older version than cpg1.5.28, you must update to this latest version as soon as possible because of the security impact!

I see you are using cutenews (a non PHP/MySql cms). It is a really odd source code with all your css embedded in the page and all the images including your background and buttons etc hosted on photobucket? Does your host actually meet the minimum requirements for coppermine?

I suggest you read the documentation and actually install coppermine on your system before asking this question. I also doubt that anyone would be willing to do this work for free.
