Counter is not Counting Dia Show Views

Hi,

when somebody is watching pictures via the dia show feature, the counter for the viewed pictures is not increased. Is this a bug or a desired feature? Can I change this behaviour?

I just figured out that "dia show" in english is "slide show". And it seems, that already another user opened a case with the same issue. However no resolution or answer has been made to his post. So can anybody help me?

This is normal. The slideshow bypasses the counting mechanism. There's an unsupported hack for 1.3 (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,9262.0.html) you can try if it's important for you to have this.

Yes it is. It's not a bug.

Try to use our search engine to find something who can help you and exist somewhere here  ;)
I do'nt remember where... (hmm, Nibbler just help you  ;) )

But read a same HACK in french (work fine for 1.4.x)

works fine for me (CPG 1.4.16).

If you're on cpg1.4.16, you're running 3 versions behind and need to upgrade.
