Hi, i'm new to CPM, coming from Gallery 2 (atrocious support and lots of bugs) after some sour experiances and seemlingly unfixable issues.

I have the jist of how coppermine functions but there is a question that I have about the home page structure.

So, the question:

When on the home page of a gallery, there is tons of clutter (example: recently added/random files)

how can I get rid of those 2 areas (random files/latest added)?

really, i wont need them and it just makes everything look messy.

also, if i wanted to, could i take out the search and most viewed links at the top?  and would that be done in the theme file?

You can set the the content of the main page in your gallery configuration.
