In Admin Tools for option Filename ⇒ File title (1)
There is the title
How should the filename be modified (2):

Remove the .jpg ending and replace _ (underscore) with spaces
Change 2003_11_23_13_20_20.jpg to 23/11/2003 13:20
Change 2003_11_23_13_20_20.jpg to 11/23/2003 13:20
Change 2003_11_23_13_20_20.jpg to 13:20

But it is not correct as I understand as this one renames "File title" and not "Filename".

Am I right?

I think yes as in the beginning of Admin Tools there is the first line:
"Updates titles from filename "

Fixed for the english language file in cpg1.4.x. Will go into cpg1.4.20 and cpg1.5.x. Marking thread accordingly.
