cpg1.5.24 maintenance release - upgrade recommended
The Coppermine development team is releasing an update for Coppermine in order to fix several minor issues. All fixes are not security critical, so if your gallery is running fine with cpg1.5.20 or cpg1.5.22 you don't need to upgrade. If you are running an older version than cpg1.5.20, you must update to this latest version as soon as possible because of the security impact!

Group access
« on: June 27, 2006, 04:03:39 pm »

I have found several threads similar to what I am asking, but none that answer my specific needs.

I currently have coppermine bridges with IPB. I have several groups, such as Resident Artists, Artists etc. The problem is, I need to restrict who can access the gallery. Is it possible to deny one group access to the gallery? For example. If I make a group called No Gallery, can I tell coppermine to not allow that group access to the gallery at all? I know you can tell Coppermine to allow one group access, but I need several groups to all have the same access, and one to have none.

Try this plugin: Restrict Gallery Access.

If it has problems with your bridge, please let me know.  It should work, I think.
